Our 9 hectares of olive groves are located in a sunny valley near Novigrad in Istria. Using exclusively ecological principles, we grow over 2,000 olive trees.
Our olive trees of local varieties such as leccino, frantoio, bjelica and buza are 15 to 50 years old and yield 20-30 tons of olives per year.
We pick green olives which are cold-pressed immediately after harvesting to ensure the highest quality of extra virgin oil rich in antioxidants.
In our facility with a capacity of 1.4 tons/hour, we produce oils of recognized, award-winning quality under the strictest hygienic conditions.
We produce three types of coupage oil with one predominant variety.
Leccino - milder taste for all kinds of dishes.
Bjelica - pronounced bitterness for more demanding palates.
Buža and Rosulja (Šime) – aromatic oil best if used fresh (per condire).
You can taste our oils in the pleasant surroundings of our tasting room. We organize tours that include a presentation of a production process and oil tasting with cheese and wine for up to 50 people.
If we are not at the oil mill, call and we will arrive as agreed. For tasting tours, please contact us at least two to three days in advance.
